My name is Tori and I own and run Victoria Jane Bakes from my kitchen in beautiful North Norfolk.

I love cake, both making it and eating it and what started as a passion for baking as a child has now become my obsession! If I’m not baking cake, I’m thinking or reading about it or learning new skills.

I bake cakes for a number of local cafes in North Norfolk and have many regular customers who always leave lovely comments about my cakes.

I love experimenting with new recipes and flavour combinations and sourcing the best ingredients, seasonal and local where possible, which I believe help maintain the high quality of my cakes and cupcakes.

I’m a perfectionist and work very hard to ensure your cake is as beautiful as it can possibly be.
